In July 2024, Mandie was balancing a high-pressure job, 4:30 AM starts, and a long commute. Training often meant running on empty, dealing with persistent injury niggles and fluctuating energy. All this while trying to train for her first ever triathlon, something she wanted to do before an age milestone.
The shift didn’t come from trying harder, but from training smarter. We work together to constantly create an adaptive plan that respects her professional schedule. This mean consistency became possible.

Eighteen months later, the results speak for themselves:
A 7-minute 10km PB.
Significant improvements in her 5K times and aiming for sub 30 for the first time ever.
Awarded “Best Vet Female” at her club.
Completing her first Half Marathon for over a decade.
The confidence to enter her first ever ultra marathon.

Mandie has moved from doubting she could finish a half marathon to entering a 24-hour endurance event. It proves that even with a demanding career, progress is predictable when you have the right framework in place and someone beside you to push you to things you never thought you could do.
This woman is amazing, and you do what you are!
