I establish clear power, heart rate, and effort zones tailored to lactate threshold development and sustained power output, adjusting your target intensities based on how your body is adapting and recovering.

  • Dynamic Load Management: We manage your training load side-by-side through regular WhatsApp contact and formal weekly reviews. When professional travel or family schedules shift, we adapt the sessions together so you never have to guess how to safely modify a critical threshold block, a high-intensity interval session, or a recovery ride on your own.

  • Collaborative Progress Reviews: We look far beyond the numbers and power graphs on your screen. Our check-ins focus on how you actually felt during a hard effort, how your neck and lower back are holding up when holding your position under fatigue, your energy levels around a busy working week, and your overall well-being. Having a dedicated coach to talk through your training notes provides an objective, reassuring partner, helping you stay clear-headed and confident as you progress toward the start ramp.
