We break the training down into manageable blocks—moving slowly from your current fitness up to the distance needed to finish comfortably. We design this layout together so it stays entirely realistic around your personal calendar.
Tailoring Your TrainingPeaks Schedule: Your workouts are planned directly in TrainingPeaks based on the actual hours you have available each week. We establish comfortable swim, bike, and run pacing zones together. This is a two-way street; we adjust the duration or intensity of the sessions based on how your body is recovering and how your week unfolds.
Direct WhatsApp Contact and Weekly Reviews: We manage the training side-by-side using regular communication and a formal weekly review. If unexpected life events pop up or you feel completely drained, we talk it through and change the schedule together. You never have to worry about how to modify a session on your own; we handle it as a team.
