We work primarily with ambitious professionals, typically aged 30–60, but work with some older and some younger, who are preparing for long-distance endurance events. Our athletes are often balancing demanding careers and family commitments with the desire to train for Ironman triathlons, marathons, or long-distance cycling and swimming events.

We provide structured programming and coaching for:

  • Triathlon (specialising in Ironman and 70.3 distances)

  • Running (from 10k to Ultra-marathon)

  • Cycling (sportives, time trials, and endurance events)

  • Swimming (open water and long-distance pool events)

All training plans are delivered through TrainingPeaks. You will receive a structured, science-informed programme tailored to your specific goal. We don’t use generic plans for our 1:1 athletes. Every session is made specifically for you and includes clear instructions on duration, intensity, and purpose, ensuring you know exactly what to do the moment you wake up.

We aim to meet all of our athletes at some point regardless of location.

TrainingPeaks is a highly sophisticated training platform where you can track your training and progress as well as plan ahead to your goal event.

They provide detailed insights into your training as well as graphs, statistics, peak performances and calendars.

Our coaching is person-centred. We understand that meetings, travel, and family commitments can change your availability. Your plan is adjusted based on your schedule, ensuring that your training remains consistent and effective without causing unnecessary stress. 
Our athletes get in touch with us regularly to discuss their training and sometimes even their lives!

Communication is a pillar of our service. Depending on your coaching tier, this includes:

  • Regular plan adjustments based on your feedback.

  • Weekly (or more frequent) contact to review progress.

  • Direct access via WhatsApp for quick questions and ongoing support.

  • Professional assessments to ensure you are progressing safely

No. We work with committed adults who take their goals seriously, regardless of their current starting point. Whether you are aiming for a podium finish or simply want the confidence that you will complete your first long-distance event, the requirement is commitment, not current performance level.

We offer tiered coaching packages to suit different levels of support and interaction:

  • Essential: £120 per month

  • Performance: £180 per month

  • Bespoke/Premium: From £560 per month

    There are no hidden fees, and our pricing reflects the professional standards and personal time dedicated to each athlete.

Yes. In fact, we encourage a long-term development mindset. Building a sustainable foundation over 6–12 months leads to better performance and reduces the risk of injury compared to “crash” training for a single event.

The process begins with an initial consultation to discuss your goals, your current fitness, and your professional schedule. This ensures that we are a good fit for one another before any commitments are made.
